Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the SAIACS CEO Centre campus, including guest rooms, conference venues, dining areas, and all indoor and outdoor common spaces. Guests are expected to comply with this policy at all times.
Alcohol Policy
The consumption, possession, or distribution of alcoholic beverages is not permitted anywhere on the campus. We appreciate the cooperation of all guests in maintaining the Centre's environment and values.
Admission & Check-In Policy
Management reserves the right to decline a booking or refuse check-in if any guest is found to be in breach of the Centre's booking or house policies. Such decisions are made to ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of all guests.
Event Booking Policy
Event organizers and participants are expected to comply with all venue terms and operational guidelines. Any breach of the agreed event policies may result in penalties or additional charges as specified in the event booking agreement.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation requests, refund eligibility, applicable fees, and refund timelines are governed by the cancellation policy communicated at the time of booking. Guests are encouraged to review the applicable booking terms before confirming their reservation.
Guest Identification at Check-In
All guests must present a valid government-issued photo identification during check-in. Foreign nationals are required to carry a valid passport and visa, and the necessary C-Form formalities will be completed at the front desk in accordance with applicable regulations.
